Owner Finances

Kenlon Park Property Management pays out owner draws on the 15th of every month. This is done to make sure that all funds collected are valid. For your convenience all funds are sent via ACH direct deposit. 

Your monthly statement that shows all activity on your account for the month can be accessed via the owner portal. Other financial reports are available upon request.

Maintenance 

Kenlon Park Property Management does not have any "in house" maintenance staff. We have from our beginnings always seen it as a conflict of interest situation. We have a large number of contractors that we have years of experience with that we use for any situation that may occur. Each of these contractors are independently owned, licensed, bonded, and have their own workman's compensation insurance.

By policy, we consult owners for any repairs over $300. If you wish us to consult at a lower level, please contact us and advise. Our property management software allows us to add notes that specify specific maintenance instructions. This can include spending limits and specific maintenance notes.
